Sprint was built by someone who has been a temp worker.

Who filled out the same forms at five different agencies.

Who got ghosted.

Who signed contracts he barely understood.

FAQs

Honest answers to the questions people actually ask.

Contact
Do I need to create an account to see jobs?+

No. You can browse jobs without signing up. When you want Sprint to apply for you, that's when an account helps.

What does Sprint actually do when I tap apply?+

Sprint writes a short message about you, attaches your CV, and sends the application to the agency by email or through their website. You can check everything before it goes out.

Is Sprint free?+

For the first 500 people, yes. Full access during early launch with no payment. After that there will still be free access, but some parts of Sprint will use credits or paid plans later.

Why do credits exist later?+

Keeping Sprint useful and trustworthy takes real time and real operational cost. Paid plans exist to keep the product honest, useful, and affordable, not to squeeze workers.

Is Sprint a recruitment agency?+

No. Sprint does not employ anyone or take a cut of wages. It is a worker-first tool that helps people find and apply to jobs faster.

Can Sprint guarantee I'll get hired?+

No. Nobody honest can promise that. Sprint can save repetitive work, help you discover roles, and make sure your applications actually go out.

I don't have a CV. Can I still use Sprint?+

Yes. Sprint can help turn your experience into a usable profile, even if you describe it in your own words first.

What languages does Sprint support?+

Sprint is being built to support major languages spoken across Europe. The goal is simple: language should not be the reason someone misses work.

My English isn't great. Will I understand Sprint?+

Sprint uses simple language on purpose. If something is confusing, that is our fault, not yours.

Who built this?+

One person who used to be a temp worker and got tired of the way this process works. Sprint started as frustration and became a tool.
