What we collect
Sprint keeps the minimum information needed to help workers browse, match, and apply faster.
Account information, profile details, application records, and basic operational metadata are used to keep the worker flow functioning.
If a recruiter leaves a lead through the marketing site, we store the email, locale, source path, and timestamp so we can follow up when that surface is ready.
How we use it
We use worker information to power profile completion, job relevance, application handling, and auditability inside the product.
We do not sell worker data. If that ever changes, the policy needs a real rewrite before that behavior exists.
How we protect it
Sprint uses authenticated routes, Supabase-backed persistence, and minimal retention of non-essential data to reduce exposure.
