Please review our terms to understand your rights and obligations when using Sprint.

User accounts

Sprint helps workers discover and apply to jobs faster, but it does not guarantee employment.

Workers remain responsible for the truthfulness of the information they submit through the product.

Founder Beta access, referral rewards, and future billing features remain operational policies that may change while the product is still early.

Intellectual property

Sprint owns the platform, branding, and software implementation. Workers retain ownership of the information and documents they provide.

User-generated content

Profile information, CV uploads, and messages submitted through Sprint are used to operate the worker flow and should be treated as operational input, not public content.

Limitation of liability

Working conditions, contracts, wages, housing, and legal compliance remain the responsibility of the employer or agency.

Sprint can reduce friction and improve clarity, but it cannot make dishonest agencies honest by itself.
