Recruiting

Hire better talent

This is not a recruiter product launch. It is a lead-in for agencies that treat workers properly and want to stay close to where Sprint is going.

Candidates

Find workers with stronger signals before you waste everyone's time

Sprint is being built to make worker information clearer and application quality more consistent. In this phase, that means learning from agencies that already care about fair pay, clear contracts, and honest conditions.

Matching

Matching should be fast, but never vague

The direction is simple: fewer surprises, clearer expectations, and better alignment before either side commits more effort.

Results

Fill positions faster with less noise

If the worker side becomes more trustworthy, the hiring side becomes less chaotic too. That is the future surface this page is preparing for, not a promise that the recruiter product already exists.

Less admin

Reduce the work that slows you down

The operational goal is to cut the repetitive back-and-forth that creates delay without improving fit or trust.

Better retention

Workers stay longer when the fit is right

When pay, conditions, and expectations are clear, both sides make better decisions. That is more valuable than pushing more volume through a broken flow.

Real feedback

What better matches should feel like

"We do not need more noise in the funnel. We need better context and fewer bad surprises on day one."

Marina Popescu

Operations lead

"A worker-first product is actually useful to good agencies too, because respect creates better matches."

Thomas Keller

Agency partner

"Transparency is a hiring advantage when you are serious about retention instead of filling a seat at any cost."

James Rodriguez

Staffing director

Questions

Everything you need to know about the current recruiter-facing scope.

How does vetting work?

In this phase, Sprint is not promising a recruiter product. What exists today is lead capture, worker-first matching direction, and a trust-focused candidate flow.

Can I browse candidates now?

Not yet. We are intentionally not shipping a recruiter dashboard before the worker product and curation workflow are trustworthy enough to deserve it.

Why talk to recruiters now then?

Because we want to hear from agencies that treat workers properly and understand what an honest future collaboration should look like.

Is Sprint an ATS?

No. This phase is worker-first. Recruiter-facing work is messaging plus lead capture only.
